SACNAS is proud to offer a number of Native American Cultural events for our conference attendees. From the Pow Wow to the Native American Gathering room, we invite you to network with other attendees and celebrate your culture all in one place.
Please note: Some events are open to all conference guests while others are offered only to our Native American attendees as an exclusive professional development opportunity.

25th Annual SACNAS Pow Wow & Social Gathering

An intertribal Native American celebration where all are welcome. Join us for this hallmark tradition of SACNAS conferences. The SACNAS Pow Wow is free and open to the public.

Indigenous Marketplace

Support indigenous artists! Learn about the intricate beadwork required to complete a piece of jewelry, the symbolism behind different designs, and admire a variety of handmade crafts. Don’t forget to take home something special! The Indigenous Marketplace is open to all conference attendees.
